To correctly focus the event a balance needed to be struck with the small budget but high level. By utilising equipment built into the space we would seek to save as much as possible by intelligently designing set and staging to work with what was supplied in the room package. Using simple augmentation of our existing stock sets we were able to find a solution that saved several hundred pounds. This would not compromise the quality and finish of the final setup. By building some small bespoke fabrications we were able to position the HSBC set to perfectly align with the ceiling installed projector. We also used some innovative supports at the rear to increase the space for delegates.
